The Home First and Reablement service in Gloucestershire is gaining strength and recognition for its ability to enhance independent living for people following a discharge home from a hospital environment. Working with the Trust Learning and Development team, you will devise and deliver training opportunities through a range of mediums to support induction programmes and on‑going continuous professional development for the Home First and Reablement staff.
The successful post holder will have experience in training and workplace staff performance management, utilising a range of metrics and IT capabilities. Applicants will be strong communicators across diverse staff groups and have a proven record of continuous professional development. A UK driving licence and access to a car is essential; agile working will enable you to access all localities across the county.
The qualification, training & experience requirements for the role are underlined in the Job Description/Person Specification. This post requires the post holder to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
