Midwinter Physiotherapy Ltd is seeking an administrator with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. The role combines data reporting, diary coordination, and support for growth initiatives across marketing, HR, and operations.
Based in Evesham with services across the region, you will work closely with our administrator to maintain systems, manage enquiries, and drive business performance.

The role

Manage enquiries, inbox and client communications
Coordinate diaries, appointments and clinician capacity
Support the client journey from enquiry to discharge
Produce reports, track KPIs and support business performance
Coordinate marketing activity and social media
Recruitment and HR administration support
Coordinate sites, venues and community services
Maintain systems, documentation and compliance
Support projects and business development
Be a problem solver, organiser and someone who gets things done

£27,300 - £30,000 FTE. Pro rata based on 30 hours per week. Salary will be dependent on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
