You’ll deliver Scrum and Kanban training, facilitate workshops, and coach leaders on adoption, metrics, and continuous improvement. A pragmatic, hands-on approach is essential for success in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Trainer.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Experience delivering training to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation and workshop design skills.
• Pragmatic approach: you teach what works, not textbook theory.
• Comfortable challenging teams and leadership constructively.
• Track record of developing engaging course materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Scrum, Kanban, and agile fundamentals training to client teams.
• Run workshops on estimation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Coach leadership teams on agile adoption and organisational change.
• Develop and maintain training materials and workshop formats.
• Assess team maturity and recommend tailored learning paths.
