Job Summary

This position is a 6 month fixed term contract, working four days a week in our Hammersmith office, with a Monday or a Friday from home. Bring your passion for storytelling and media to one of the world's most iconic brands! At The Walt Disney Company, we’re looking for a PR Supervisor to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is pivotal in managing day‑to‑day press office activities, generating impactful coverage for our products and franchises, and building strong relationships across the media and influencer landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Draft compelling press materials including releases, pitch letters, media alerts, fact sheets, and executive talking points.
  • Manage and update master media lists, proactively engaging with media contacts and influencers.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure smooth execution campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and deliver insightful reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with licensees, retailers, and internal teams to align on projects and brainstorm creative PR opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as product launches, press events, media tours, and influencer programmes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience in PR, communications, or related fields.
  • Proven success in delivering press coverage across entertainment, lifestyle, and news outlets.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional media relations skills and a hands‑on approach to outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse franchises with agility and creativity.
  • Skilled in crafting persuasive pitches and presenting ideas effectively.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Keynote.
  • Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity across EMEA markets.
