Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a PR role, ideally within luxury fashion.
  • Genuine interest in the fashion industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Job Summary

As PR & Communications Executive, you will work closely with the Senior PR & Communications Manager across all press projects. You will be supporting the execution of the global PR strategy for Malone Souliers and DuoBoots, managing our external agencies, building press relationships and crafting dedicated pitches for all our seasonal launches. You will be highly organised with a time‑oriented approach and will thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You will have impeccable attention to detail and will take pride in producing work to the very best of your ability. Working as part of a small team, you will enjoy creative collaboration and will be highly flexible to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of press strategy, working closely with Senior PR Manager to secure prominent press/VIP placements and execute impactful activations/events.
  • Ensure Malone Souliers is consistently visible in key titles across print and digital media, with an always‑on press office approach.
  • Pitch new collections, brand stories, and seasonal features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and digital writers across fashion, lifestyle, and e‑commerce.
  • End‑to‑end management of press and VIP loans for UK and EU markets.
  • Support management of seasonal gifting lists, providing insight to key targets for press and influence.
  • Support roll‑out of annual press strategy across global markets, including day‑to‑day management of agencies.
  • Coordinate distribution of all agencies’ press sample & gifting orders, ensuring all production and delivery deadlines are met.
  • Manage distribution of lookbooks, press releases and seasonal imagery to media and/or agencies.
  • Support coordination of seasonal LFW presentations and other global press events.
  • Ensure seasonal samples are logged into Launchmetrics and oversee organisation of the showroom.
  • Oversee management of Launchmetrics contacts database.
  • Oversee distribution of seasonal gifting.
  • Track and report on coverage, sharing key coverage with the team daily and generating monthly and seasonal coverage reports.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a PR role, ideally within luxury fashion.
  • A genuine interest in the fashion industry and desire to keep up to date with industry news.
  • Strong writing, pitching, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A team player, with an energetic and can‑do attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using Launchmetrics.
  • Good network of UK press contacts at a junior level.
