Job summary

Zealous Agency is seeking an Account Manager to join their Manchester team. You will be the trusted point of contact for clients, lead campaign planning and delivery, and work closely with Account Executives to exceed client expectations.

You'll coordinate cross-agency teams, produce impactful reports, and shape standout campaigns from media outreach to crisis communications, creating content that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a professional PR role (ideally within an agency).
• Experience working with B2B and/or corporate clients.
• Experience of managing accounts being client's key point of contact.
• Experience leading and positively mentoring junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of the media landscape.
• The ability to juggle multiple accounts, projects, budgets and deadlines with ease.

Responsibilities

• Being a trusted point of contact for clients, taking ownership of key accounts.
• Leading campaign planning and delivery, working closely with Account Executives and the wider team.
• Keeping projects moving, deadlines on track and client expectations exceeded.
• Coordinating cross-agency teams to bring campaigns and projects to life.
• Leading the creation of reports and demonstrating campaign impact to clients.
• Getting hands-on with everything from shaping standout campaigns and securing media coverage, to crisis communications and creating content that connects with audiences.
