What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the day-to-day running of PR accounts across our key sectors - Automotive, Trade & Construction, and Leisure & Lifestyle - delivering smart, commercially driven campaigns that get noticed and make an impact.

You’ll be the trusted voice clients turn to, managing relationships, shaping strategies, and ensuring every piece of work hits the mark. You’ll bring creativity to the table, collaborate with digital and social teams, and use insight to drive measurable results.

You’ll also play a key role in growing accounts - spotting opportunities, pitching fresh ideas, and helping your clients see the full potential of PR within the wider marketing mix.

And because we believe in growing our own, you’ll mentor junior team members, helping them build their skills and confidence along the way.

What You Bring

You’ve spent at least five years in PR, ideally agency-side, and you know what it takes to make B2B stories cut through. You can take complex or technical topics and turn them into headlines people actually care about.

You’ve built strong media relationships across trade and business titles, you’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders, and you understand how to balance creative ambition with commercial reality.

You’re proactive, curious, and collaborative - as comfortable pitching a campaign as you are jumping into brainstorms or rolling up your sleeves when deadlines loom.
