We’re looking for a highly organised Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Main duties of the role :
  • Coordinate and schedule all planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with statutory requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Manage the PPM calendar to ensure timely completion of works by both internal teams and supply chain partners.
  • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to confirm attendance, access arrangements, and completion of scheduled activities.
  • Ensure all relevant permits, RAMS, and authorisations are in place prior to works commencing.
