  • Develop and execute Paid Search (Google/Bing Ads), Performance Max, Display, Video, Retail Media, and Amazon Advertising campaigns
  • Develop and implement multi-media attribution models
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider digital team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency in paid campaigns.
  • Analyse competitor activity to identify areas for strategic advantage.
The Successful Applicant

A successful PPC Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Attribution, Amazon Ads Console, Adobe Analytics, or third-party MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools and performance measurement metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritise tasks effectively.
