Job description

As our PPC Lead, you’ll take full ownership of our paid search strategy across the easyJet holidays business. With a focus on scale, performance, and long‑term growth, you’ll design and implement advanced PPC strategies to expand our reach, improve market share, and support wider business objectives.

The role comes with full budget responsibility which includes aligning forecasts and performance updates with Finance, ensuring budgets are strategically allocated, and driving maximum returns across all PPC activity. You’ll track performance closely, manage risk, and adapt plans where needed to stay on target.

Leading a growing team of PPC professionals, you’ll set clear direction, high standards, and accountability for delivery. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, digital agencies, and media partners to ensure PPC is fully integrated with other digital channels, building a unified and consistent approach across the funnel.

You’ll also manage relationships with key media partners like Google and Microsoft, holding them accountable and ensuring they’re aligned with our strategic priorities. Regular engagement to report on progress and align PPC strategy with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite, will be an important part of the role.

You’ll lead on innovation, test new platforms and tactics, and bring fresh ideas to how we use PPC to drive value for the business. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role at the heart of our digital transformation.

What you’ll bring to the team

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in PPC, particularly managing large‑scale campaigns with full strategic and budget responsibility. You lead from the front by setting direction, solving problems, and keeping your team focused on measurable outcomes.

You’ve led teams before and understand how to support, challenge and develop others. You’re confident working across functions and can explain complex ideas clearly, whether to peers, partners or senior stakeholders.

You have hands‑on expertise with platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads and understand how PPC works as part of a wider digital ecosystem. You’re comfortable working with large budgets, aligning with finance teams, and reporting against targets. You also take a structured approach to risk and performance management, making decisions based on evidence and insight.

You’re proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable driving change. A background in marketing or business is preferred, along with a track record of leadership in PPC roles where innovation, pace and collaboration have been key to success.

What’s in it for you

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all‑inclusive benefits package which includes our company‑wide bonus scheme, 7 % pension contribution, private medical insurance, share options and life assurance. We also provide a range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.

You’ll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers and a generous annual leave entitlement.
