Hours: 35 hours/week
Location: Fully Remote

Role Overview

As a PPC Executive, you’ll support our Paid Media team with the execution and day‑to‑day operations of paid ads campaigns. You’ll help set up campaigns, conduct optimisations, monitor budgets, and keep reports up to date across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. While this is not a client‑facing role, you may occasionally join onboarding or campaign kick‑off calls for context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in building, launching, and QA‑ing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360 or StackAdapt, and other platforms.
  • Implement optimisations such as bid adjustments, audience exclusions, keyword additions, etc. as instructed by PPC Strategists.
  • Conduct regular account checks & budget pacing to flag issues or anomalies.
  • Upload ad creatives and copy as provided by the team, set up campaigns according to the media plan structure & targeting, following internal best practices SOPs.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Help maintain monthly performance dashboards and reports.
  • Pull and format data from ad platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Track key performance metrics and notify team of notable changes.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with PPC Strategists to implement campaign tasks.
  • Liaise with design and content teams to ensure creative assets are ready for launches.
  • Join internal campaign review meetings to stay aligned with media plans & client news.
Reports To

Head of Paid Media, PPC Strategists.

Performance Metrics
  • Timeliness and accuracy of campaign builds and updates.
  • Attention to detail in reporting and data handling.
  • Contribution to campaign performance and team productivity.
Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns (even if through internships or certifications).
  • Strong familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data in spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high‑performing remote team.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience in other ad platforms like DV360, StackAdapt.
  • Experience in additional channels like Native, DOOH, Audio etc.
  • Exposure to B2B or tech‑sector paid media campaigns.
  • Strong presentation skills for pitching strategy and results.
