PPA Teacher – Full-Time

Location: Coleshill Area
Contract Type: Long-Term (Monday to Friday)

Monarch Education is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Coleshill area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher to cover classes across all year groups, delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining continuity of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 during teachers’ PPA time.
  • Follow planning provided by class teachers and adapt lessons where necessary.
  • Maintain excellent classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where required.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to support the school’s ethos and values.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school when needed.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply.
  • Ability to teach across all primary phases confidently.
