Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Leverage well-structured SQL data models created by Data Engineers, contributing to their ongoing optimisation as business requirements evolve.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand goals and deliver timely, high-impact data solutions that support business growth.
- Integrate, analyse, and interpret data from platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC tools, and Salesforce.
- Support in embedding a data-driven culture and enabling self-service business intelligence.
- Define, document, and deliver KPIs and dashboards aligned to overall business strategy.
- Share best practices and actively contribute to continuous improvement across the BI function.
- (Desirable) Identify and explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and insight generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, with the confidence to act as an SME for the team.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience querying, transforming, and validating data.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales data, ideally including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC platforms, and related tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM, including report development and analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear stories and actionable insights.
- Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a drive to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
- (Nice to have) Experience using AI tools or predictive analytics techniques.
- (Nice to have) Knowledge and experience implementing Google Tag Manager, tagging strategies, and tracking pixels.
