Job summary

Mint Selection Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Power Systems Analyst to carry out load flow, short circuit and stability studies, including grid connection studies for new generation projects. You will develop and validate power system models to support compliance submissions and robust technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Power systems analysis experience on generation, storage, transmission or distribution projects.
• Proficiency in PowerFactory, PSS/E or PSCAD.
• Understanding of UK Grid Code compliance requirements and connection studies.
• Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Degree or MSc in electrical power engineering advantageous.

Job description

Salary: Competitive day rate depending on experience

Contract length: 12 to 18 month contracts

Key Responsibilities:
