Requirements

• A good degree in Power Systems Engineering
• A deep understanding of power systems and their design, including analysis of transients, load flow, harmonics and stability
• Extensive experience, post‑qualification, in power engineering and analysis within a consultancy, industrial, utility or equipment manufacturer organisation
• Competent in the use of modelling software such as ETAP, PSCAD or Dig‑silent
• Experience with the undertaking of feasibility studies and detailed design reviews
• Full driving licence – able to travel in the UK and occasionally, for short durations, the EU
• Living in the Greater Manchester area, or willing to relocate
• Full right to work in the UK
