Job summary

HR Employment Bureau Redditch is seeking an experienced Power Press Setter for our Redditch workshop. You will join a team operating power presses and CNC-controlled equipment, with hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm.

A valid Power Press Certificate is required, and you should understand tooling, production processes, and safe working practices to meet production targets. We offer 37 hours per week, pay £13-£17 per hour DOE, and a manufacturing environment focused on quality and

• Good understanding of press setting, tooling and production processes
• Able to work safely and efficiently to production requirements
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
