Job summary

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, maintain security, and drive DevOps improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands‑on experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages/Portals.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of Model‑Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Experience with Liquid templating and XRM API for Model‑Driven Apps.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Web API, OData and REST APIs.
• Strong JavaScript development experience, alongside HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of Azure operations and services.
• Experience with application architecture, solution design and system integrations.
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers and maintaining coding standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day technical development of applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design, develop and maintain solutions using Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, SharePoint and Azure.
• Lead technical decisions, establish coding standards, review code and ensure security and performance.
• Migrate existing business applications onto Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate applications using APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Liquid.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution and technical documentation.
• Mentor and coach developers through technical guidance and pair programming.
• Manage technical debt and promote DevOps practices.
