A leading retail business in the UK is looking for a Power Platform Specialist to improve logistics operations through technology. The role combines technical and operational aspects, supporting systems through the Microsoft Power Platform. Candidates should have hands-on experience and excellent communication skills. This position offers a hybrid work model and various benefits including a bonus, holidays, and a subsidized gym.
£35,000 - £45,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6A)
You can be based anywhere in the UK. This is a hybrid role with regular travel to our depots across the UK and our support centre in Manchester (approx. 10–20% of your time).
We’re looking for a Power Platform Specialist to join our Logistics Support Centre (LSC) team. This role bridges the gap between depot operations and our Technology teams, ensuring that our logistics systems and digital tools remain reliable, effective, and continuously improving.
You’ll combine technical understanding with operational know-how, supporting core systems and leading the development of smart, light‑touch applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Your work will simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and empower depot teams.
The Logistics Support Centre is central to how we help depots perform at their best. As part of the Operations Product team, you’ll support the digital backbone of our logistics operation from Manhattan Active to custom Power Apps solutions. You’ll be key to keeping our systems running smoothly, improving the colleague experience, and driving innovation that makes daily operations easier and more efficient.
We’re building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve. We welcome applications from everyone, and our support centre is an inclusive environment where all our colleagues can thrive.
If you have a disability, we’ll make reasonable adjustments to support you through the recruitment process. We’re also proud to be part of the Disability Confident scheme - if you’re disabled and you meet the minimum criteria for this job, we’ll guarantee you an interview.
