Job summary

Justice Digital, Data and Science is recruiting a Power Platform Developer to design and implement Power Platform environments across the Ministry of Justice. The role requires Security Check clearance and offers hybrid working with national and occasional London opportunities.

You will act as a technical SME, delivering data-driven, staff- and citizen-focused solutions, while engaging with product managers and architects to steer platform direction in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience implementing and managing Power Platform components and solutions through ALM.
• Proficiency in automation and developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Systematic approach to problem solving; capable of designing scalable solutions.
• Ability to analyse complex requirements and deliver efficient, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and implement Power Platform environments and solutions across the Ministry of Justice.
• Act as SME, providing platform guidance and support to business areas and end users.
• Automate current manual processes to reduce effort.
• Develop and support end-to-end Power Platform initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Communicate status and progress to end users and stakeholders.
• Maintain High/Low Level Design documentation and governance artifacts.
• Provide recommendations for resolving Power Platform tickets with sound judgement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise performance, reliability and security.
• Work with Product, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to set product direction.
• Operate in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
