Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join a major digital transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business transformation, solution architecture, and hands‑on design, bringing together Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and enterprise integration capabilities to deliver scalable business solutions. This is not a standalone Power Platform position. You will play a pivotal role in designing and shaping complex solutions across the wider Microsoft ecosystem, helping organisations modernise legacy platforms, consolidate systems, and create seamless customer and operational experiences. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders, you will own solution design from concept through to delivery, ensuring business requirements are translated into robust, future‑proof architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes.
• Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Define integration strategies connecting D365 CE with enterprise applications and third‑party systems.
• Architect solutions using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Facilitate business and technical workshops to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Support data migration, system consolidation, and platform modernisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.
• Provide technical leadership across development, integration, and functional workstreams.
• Act as the trusted advisor between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Strong background delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Experience across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Customer Insights.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong integration architecture experience within enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Experience leading data migration and system consolidation programmes.
• Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with third‑party applications and enterprise systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience owning solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
