Job summary

Accenture MBG UK is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer at Level 8 (Associate Manager) to join our delivery capability in London. You will be the technical authority on Power Platform delivery teams, driving solution quality, architecture, and developer best practices.

As a Senior Developer you will lead technical delivery across workstreams, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with delivery managers and solution architects on enterprise programmes.

Qualifications

Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience in a consulting or SI environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Experience with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices in Power Platform projects.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver complex Power Platform solutions across Apps, Automate, Pages, and Dataverse.
Lead technical delivery across workstreams with end-to-end ownership of components.
Architect ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Build Tools.
Line manage junior developers and mentor across the team.
Engage with client stakeholders, conduct design reviews, and support pre-sales activities.
