Job summary

Circle Group-based near Dudley is seeking a Power Platform technical lead to design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). The role combines hands-on delivery with technical guidance across the team.

You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, build automated workflows, stay current with platform updates, and produce documentation. Hybrid work is available with office attendance 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform tech (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and Dataverse.
• Strong SQL querying and data-structure understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bonus: C# / .NET experience.

Responsibilities

• Be our technical lead designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, user-focused technical solutions.
• Develop automated workflows and business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform enhancements and recommend new capabilities that deliver business value.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support materials.

Job description

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, Dataverse, and other third-party platforms
• Good SQL database experience, including writing queries and understanding data structures and performance
• Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues through the development lifecycle
• Any C# / .NET experience or a similar object-oriented development background would be a bonus
