Job description
The Role

You’ll play a key part in designing, building and maintaining business applications, workflows and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that streamline processes and enhance decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll also get hands-on with exciting integration projects such as connecting Power Platform solutions with APIs, internal systems and third-party tools – while ensuring everything you build is secure, compliant and designed with long-term support in mind.

Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, present and demonstrate new solutions, mentor colleagues and contribute to the company’s ongoing digital transformation journey.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring hands-on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse, along with a strong grasp of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions and Service Bus. You’ll be confident working with APIs, building responsive, user-friendly applications and turning complex data into insight through Power BI. You need to be someone who can analyse business processes and translate them into practical digital solutions that make a difference.

Communication is key as you’ll need to be able to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences, manage multiple projects with ease and enjoy collaborating across teams. Above all, you’ll be proactive, curious and passionate about using technology and automation to drive real change.

It’s also advantageous if you have experience with Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.

The Details
  • Hybrid: 2+ days a week in the London office (flexible on days)
  • Salary up to £72.5k (possible flex for the right person)
  • Brilliant benefits including a strong pension, private medical, life cover, income protection, bonus and more!
