Job summary

ARAG Legal Services UK is seeking a Power Platform Engineer to shape and deliver innovative business solutions across Microsoft technologies. You will join the Data Platforms & Architecture team, collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to solve real business problems while driving governance, security and lifecycle management across the platform.

The role focuses on empowering Citizen Developers, integrating external APIs, and leveraging AI capabilities within a regulated

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps and Dataverse.
Experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Experience designing and supporting SharePoint solutions.
Understanding of Power Platform governance, security and solution lifecycle management.
Experience working with Business Analysts and stakeholders in an enterprise environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience working in a regulated or risk-aware environment.
Experience establishing or supporting a Citizen Developer programme.
Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with external systems and APIs.
Knowledge of Azure services and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics technologies.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing and supporting solutions across Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
Collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that solve business problems.
Ensuring strong governance, security and lifecycle management across the Microsoft platform estate.
Helping shape our Citizen Developer capability through standards, mentoring and technical guidance.
Promoting innovation and best practice, including the responsible use of AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.
