• Senior E&M leadership experience in a continuous process environment.
• Strong knowledge of engineering risk, asset integrity, ATEX/DSEAR.
• Familiarity with COMAH, Process Safety and Safe Systems of Work.
• Experience managing budgets, technical standards and major maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering & Maintenance Department for safe engineering activities.
• Oversee maintenance strategies and engineering procedures.
• Develop and manage departmental staff performance.
• Control engineering budgets and ensure alignment with operating plans.
• Provide technical guidance on complex issues.
