Job summary

VEV is expanding its power optimisation commercial function in London, focusing on delivering value to C&I customers through the VEV IQ platform. The analyst will shape pricing, contracts and partnerships, while working with product, finance and project teams to align with the roadmap and platform capabilities.

You will analyse energy data, model flows, and develop commercial structures that balance risk and value. A proactive mindset and strong Excel/Python skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a commercial analyst role within the energy sector.
• Experience in GB retail electricity markets and pricing structures.
• Experience analysing meter data, cost data and identifying insights.
• Experience managing power supply contracts for non-domestic customers.

Responsibilities

• Frame power supply, flexibility and optimisation opportunities with C&I customers.
• Analyse meter data, validate bills, and reconcile cost data.
• Support new connection processes for metering requirements.
• Develop pricing for bespoke power and optimisation tariffs.
• Prepare and deliver monthly account reviews with customers.
• Stay abreast of industry changes impacting costs and markets.
• Partner with Finance to manage customer invoicing.
• Support compliance processes related to electricity supply.
