Job summary

Primary Care 24 is seeking a Data Visualisation Lead to drive Power BI reporting, automation and insights for operational and strategic decisions. You will partner with the Head of BI to align priorities and coordinate with Arden & GEM CSU to translate requirements into scalable dashboards.

This part-time role (18.75h) is based in Liverpool with home working, offering a pro rata salary of £55,891–£62,100 depending on experience and NHS terms, plus benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification in numerate/informatics or equivalent senior delivery experience.
• Extensive NHS data flows and data management knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience managing data quality issues and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions for efficiency and user experience.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine reporting requirements.
• Lead reporting outputs across operational/workforce domains and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to translate needs into scalable data solutions.
• Produce reporting documentation, data dictionaries and process guidance.
• Deliver Power BI training and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Explore options for hosting internal workspace management and access controls.
