Job summary

the company is a leading UK-based publishing analytics function seeking a BI Analyst to design, build and maintain Power BI data models and dashboards. You will support the migration from Cognos to a modern cloud analytics platform and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

You will work on delivering trusted analytics and reporting, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and enabling data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering BI solutions in a large organization.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, data modelling and DAX.
Experience migrating BI environments to cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain Power BI workspaces, data models, datasets and dashboards.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to ensure accuracy and trust in outputs.
Lead or support migration from Cognos to Power BI with validation from business users.
Provide user training and adoption support for new analytics tools.
