Job summary

Harnham in London is seeking a Power BI & Applications Developer (AI) to transition from traditional reporting to AI-powered applications.

You will build client-facing analytics tools, embed AI/LLMs, and deliver executive dashboards while collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams. The role requires 4 days in the office, with sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI experience, including DAX, dashboard development and embedding.
• Strong front-end / application development.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience working with AI / LLMs within applications.
• Experience with agentic AI / agentic workflows.
• Experience with MCPs (Model Context Protocol).
• Strong understanding of VisOps, UX and data storytelling.
• Experience creating clear, executive-level reporting and analytics.
• Experience integrating Claude or similar LLMs into applications/infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building agentic flows and AI-powered tools.
• Background delivering client-facing, productised analytics solutions.
• Consultancy experience delivering analytics/AI solutions to clients.
• Strong visual design and UX skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop client-facing applications and analytics tools.

• Work with Claude, LLMs, agentic flows and MCPs.
• Transition existing Power BI / Tableau outputs into applications.
• Build executive-level performance reporting and visualisations.

• Support client demos, walkthroughs and training.
