Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Powder Coater for a permanent role in a busy sheet metal facility in Greater London. You will mask, spray and cure finishes to achieve high-quality results, reading technical drawings and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

The ideal candidate has proven powder coating experience in manufacturing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Salary is experience-based and the role is on site in London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in equipment setup, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality powder coating finishes.
• Experience with wet paint spraying.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
