Job summary

A leading talent agency is seeking skilled Powder Coaters to join a well-established company in Bradford. In this role, you will prepare surfaces, operate powder coating equipment, and ensure the quality of finished products. Ideal candidates will have experience in powder coating and ideally come from an Engineering or Manufacturing background. These positions are temp to perm, offering great long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Job description:

Overview

We are seeking 2 x skilled Powder Coater's to join our clients' site in Bradford.

The company make anything from structural steel, aluminium and metal signage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or grinding as necessary.
• Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings evenly to ensure a consistent finish.
• Monitor the curing process to ensure proper adhesion and quality of the coating.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot powder coating equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members in the assembly and fabrication of components prior to coating.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the warehouse environment.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experienced at powder coating
• we will also consider Engineering Labourers who would like to be trained up.
• You will ideally be from an Engineering / Manufacturing background
• These roles are temp to perm for the right people, great long established company with progression opportunities.
