Job Details:

A team Leader needs to demonstrate a high standard of animal husbandry including knowledge of animal welfare and biosecurity. The Team Lead drives performance and standards within their team. This will include: hitting farm KPIs, maintaining Biosecurity and welfare standards, ensuring safety standards remain high whilst ensuring PPE is available and used, ensuring all aspects of flock management run smoothly and feed changes etc happen on time.

  • Salary: £16.08ph increasing after completion of probationary period. Annual equivalent £36,000
