Job summary

The Crafts Council Gallery is hiring a Friendly and Enthusiastic Pottery Teacher and Assistant to run pottery sessions, throw on a wheel, and support students during classes. Classes are held with 10–20 people, with an assistant for groups larger than about 12–13.

Weekend availability is especially needed as Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days. The role includes class prep, teaching, and post‑class cleanup.

Qualifications

• Must be able to throw on a pottery wheel and assist students during classes.
• Weekend availability is requested; Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are busiest.

Responsibilities
