Job summary

The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high quality support service to the medical workforce across all grades in relation to postgraduate medical education. These services will include (but not limited to):

  • Co‑ordination of the Resident rotation
  • Weekly Academic Teaching
  • Statutory and Mandatory training
  • Facilitating mock exams throughout the year
  • Minuting to education related meetings as required

The post holder will be required to undertake a range of tasks exercising initiative to a significant level and work autonomously, while at the same time demonstrating a positive approach to multi‑disciplinary working.

In addition the post holder will provide advice and support to all grades of doctors.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and willing to assist with our medical colleagues across the trust in their everyday educational needs whilst working for the organisation.
