Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to develop objectives, projects and proposals; identify funding sources.
• Able to work collaboratively, supervise, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a two-year postdoctoral project on community-based care for adults with multiple long-term conditions (MLTC).
• Use methods such as evidence synthesis, qualitative research, and stakeholder engagement to create a Model of Care.
• Secure funds and present at conferences; contribute to dissemination and training.
