Job summary

The Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. You will lead quantitative analyses on the TRUST-D project, applying causal inference methods to assess participatory innovations and political trust.

Based in CeDR, you will work with Prof Petra Schleiter and a team, handle large datasets, publish results, present at conferences, and contribute to replication code and policy briefs.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting quantitative research in political science or related field.
• Ability to assemble and analyze complex datasets.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative analyses using advanced causal inference methods.
• Work with large-scale administrative, electoral, and survey datasets.
• Publish, present at conferences, and prepare policy briefs and replication datasets/codes.
