Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting Multi-Drop Postal Delivery Drivers in Warrington to support Royal Mail. This temporary role offers a £13.69 per hour pay rate, 30 hours per week, with shifts from 09:00 to 20:00 and weekend availability.

You will start your shift at the local delivery office, load deliveries, navigate routes with a handheld device, and deliver letters and parcels on foot or by vehicle, while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) held for at least 6 months.
• Delivery or driving experience beneficial but not required.
• Excellent time-management and customer service skills.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load deliveries.
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle – walking up to 8 miles per day.
• Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg).
• Use delivery trolleys when required.
