Postal Delivery Driver

Hourly Rate: £13.37 per hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages to various locations. Duties

• Deliver mail and packages to designated addresses in a timely manner.
• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws.
• Sort and organise mail prior to delivery, ensuring accurate distribution.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain records of deliveries and returns, reporting any discrepancies as necessary.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of mail from vehicles, which may involve heavy lifting.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatch of mail.
