Job summary

A leading health organization in Wales is seeking a dedicated clinical pharmacist to provide effective clinical pharmacy services in a dynamic environment. The role includes responsibilities such as offering pharmaceutical advice, developing cost-effective medication practices, and supervising pharmacy staff. Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and effective clinical pharmacy service to allocated clinical area.
  • Undertake professional clinical pharmacist's duties as per rota including the provision of on-call.
  • Provide pharmaceutical advice and support within both primary and secondary care services.
  • Develop, encourage and promote evidence-based, cost effective use of medicines.
  • Assist in providing clinical training and supervision of other pharmacy staff.
  • Be involved in the development and delivery of practice research.
