Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is offering a 12-month undergraduate placement within the Post Production Engineering team in London. You will support Creative Teams with advanced media technology, help optimise the infrastructure powering video editing, audio post-production and graphics pipelines.

As part of the Technology Support team, you will update docs, triage tickets and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues across hardware, software and networks, while embracing Disney

Qualifications

• Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year returning to study in Autumn 2028
• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
• Available to start working full time from June 2027
• Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Creative Teams operating advanced media technology
• Contribute to maintaining and optimising the technology infrastructure for high-performance workflows
• Update technical documentation and triage support tickets
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software and networks
