Qualifications
Significant experience working on post-contract duties only.
Experience in residential refurbishment projects, ideally multi-apartment schemes.
Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC post-contract procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage full post-contract cost management for a refurbishment project.
Prepare, assess, and submit valuations, interim payments, and final accounts.
Monitor and report on project costs throughout the refurbishment lifecycle.
