Job summary

A leading UK law firm in East London is seeking a talented Post-Completions Paralegal for a permanent office-based role. Responsibilities include preparing post-completion documents and liaising with clients and lenders. Job Overview

A leading and expanding UK law firm is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Post-Completions Paralegal to join their team in East London. This role is permanent and office based (5 days a week).

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing post-completion documentation, including SDLT returns, Land Registry applications and client completion letters, liaising with HM land registry, mortgage lenders and clients, ensuring accurate and timely registration of property transactions.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (2:2 and above) and preferably the LPC/SQE (not essential), along with excellent IT and organisational skills.

Additional Information

Career progression is a distinct possibility in this role, but applicants must be prepared to work at least 12 months as a paralegal beforehand.

Our client has a preference for candidates to have at least 6 months continuous practical experience in a similar role.

It is essential that applicants can commute to East London on a full-time basis.
