Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and submitting AP1 applications and dealing with Land Registry requisitions
  • Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
  • Managing completion statements and ensuring files are closed accurately
  • Liaising with the Land Registry, lenders, and clients to ensure all post‑completion matters are completed efficiently
