An educational trust in North East England is seeking a candidate to oversee educational progress in vocational programmes for post-16 and external pre-16 learners. The successful applicant will set up and deliver learning programmes while contributing to the overall development of Construction. Commitment to safeguarding and staff well-being is essential. This role provides the chance to play a key part in a supportive educational environment.
The post holder will be accountable for educational progress of post 16 and external pre 16 learners in a designated vocational programme by effective teaching and learning and contribute to the monitoring and development of Construction. The successful candidate will be able to set up, deliver and co-ordinate learning programmes. This will involve setting up learning opportunities internally or externally, contributing to initial assessment and induction, programme planning and review, programme delivery, regular communication and planning with other stakeholders and aftercare.
