Overview

On behalf of our HNW client, we’re seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced Daily Rota Nanny to care for two lovely children, a boy aged 3 and a girl aged 5 in a fully staffed household based in Mayfair.

Position Details

Position: Daily Rota Nanny with Travel, Week On/Week Off

Location: Mayfair, London

Caring For: Boy aged 3 & Girl aged 5

Schedule: Week on / Week off (10–12 hours per day when daily)

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

This is a permanent, full‑time role working a week‑on/week‑off rota, alongside a hands‑on mother, other nannies, and a friendly household team. The children are active, curious, and love creative play, adventures, and learning new things, so we’re looking for someone who can bring fun, structure, and calm energy to their daily routine.

You’ll provide nurturing, engaging, and developmentally focused care, planning stimulating activities from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures. Working closely with the parents and wider household team, you’ll help ensure the children’s days run smoothly, assisting with travel preparation, packing, and keeping their belongings organised (general housekeeping is handled by the household staff). The family occasionally travels abroad, and you’ll accompany them on well‑planned trips with all logistics and accommodation arranged. A love for animals is important, as the family has friendly dogs and cats.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about childcare who has a positive, flexible professional who thrives in a team environment. You’ll have experience working within private or fully staffed households, excellent communication and organisational skills, and strong checkable references. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and hold (or be willing to obtain) an up‑to‑date DBS check.
