Leonardo is seeking a Portfolio Support Officer in the UK (Luton) to coordinate compliance processes for the Future Combat Air Portfolio Office. You will support multiple programme areas, maintain governance documents, and ensure timely data collection and reporting across sectors.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and able to work under pressure in a collaborative, multi-country environment.

• Consolidate, validate, and distribute programme reporting for governance and decision-making.
• Monitor adherence to programme processes and identify areas for corrective action.
• Track outstanding actions, issues, dependencies, and information requests across the programme.
• Maintain programme records, logs, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for reviews and meetings.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Collaborate with project teams and management to keep programme information current.

What You’ll Do As a Portfolio Support Officer

• Provide support to the Portfolio Office in providing and managing key compliance procures and processing applications including monitoring and controlling the compliance to Security processes
• Support day-to-day coordination and administration of programme activities.
• Manage and maintain weekly data collection processes, ensuring information is gathered from all required stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Consolidate, validate, and distribute programme reporting data to support decision-making and governance activities.
• Monitor compliance with established programme processes and procedures, identifying areas where corrective actions may be required.
• Track and follow up on outstanding actions, issues, dependencies, and information requests across the programme.
• Maintain programme records, logs, trackers, and supporting documentation in line with governance requirements.
• Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for programme reviews and management meetings.
• Assist in identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and reporting quality.
• Work collaboratively with project teams, functional leads, and management to ensure programme information remains current and reliable.
