A leading community-focused organization in the UK is seeking a Portfolio Planning Analyst to develop investment strategies for their Funeralcare estate. This remote role involves assessing property options and working with teams to create investment programs. Remote home-based role with travel to sites across the UK and occasional travel to our head office in Manchester.
We’re looking for a Portfolio Planning Analyst to join our Property team and help shape the future of our Co-op Funeralcare estate. In this new role, you’ll turn property strategies into clear investment and divestment plans. Supported by data, you’ll use your judgement to assess options and identify solutions to overcome complex challenges, making decisions that shape our short and medium-term property plans and having a tangible impact on our Funeralcare business.
