Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, lettings or residential asset management.
• Motivated with a track record of success in lettings.
• Qualified to ARLA / NFOPP Legal Advanced Level or equivalent.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Energetic, driven with a passion for self-development and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out property visits on a periodic basis.
• Regular client facing meetings.
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance with strict service levels.
• Sourcing and instructing local sub agents for optimum lettings performance.
• Assess property portfolios.
• Chasing sub instructed agents for signed documentation.
• Assessing applications from local sub agents.
• Attending corporate client meetings to discuss lettings strategies.
• Continual assessment of properties.
• Handling queries/complaints.
• Attending review meetings with clients to report on portfolio progress.
• Preparation of reports.
