A leading marketing company in Liverpool is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee change initiatives and lead multi-disciplinary teams. The successful candidate will establish and manage delivery plans, ensure alignment across teams, and proactively identify risks. This role requires strong portfolio management skills and experience in stakeholder engagement. This role spans our marketing and digital customer experience functions: our Digital Customer Experience team which owns the end‑to‑end journey across web and app, creating seamless, insight‑led experiences for our customers and our marketing Technology Function which designs, builds, integrates, and operates the technology that underpins our marketing strategy. Bringing together Product, UX, Research, Engineering, Delivery and BA expertise, we use customer insight and data to design, build and optimise intuitive, high‑performing journeys that remove friction, improve engagement, and deliver measurable value. Through our marketing function, our capabilities span digital marketing, CRM, Performance analysis and Reporting, and Marketing Optimisation.
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to orchestrate and oversee change initiatives across one or more executive pillars to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery of maximum value. Leading a team of senior delivery managers, they drive delivery of a wide portfolio of activity across their PU(s), including commercial and KLO initiatives. They are responsible for building delivery capability and ensuring optimal resource utilisation across their PU(s).

2nd Stage– A one‑hour formal interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions (task based) This can be held either in‑person or remotely.
