Job summary
Caselton Clark in Central London is seeking a Portfolio Manager to own an established international conference portfolio, lead its flagship events, and shape new products, formats and markets for future growth. You will produce four to six two- to three-day conferences each year, grow revenue via stronger content, senior speakers, sponsorship and larger audiences, and expand into new topics and locations.
Qualifications
Ownership and growth of an established event or multi-event portfolio.
Ability to secure senior speakers and build influential industry relationships.
Strong understanding of how content, audience and sponsorship drive revenue.
Experience launching or validating new events, markets or formats.
Energy and ambition to build on success rather than merely manage existing assets.
Responsibilities
Research and produce approximately four to six two- and three-day conferences each year.
Grow existing events through stronger content, more senior speakers, sponsorship and larger audiences.
Help take the leading events beyond 30 sponsors and £1m in revenue.
Identify and validate new topics, formats, international locations and additional revenue streams.
Work closely with sales, marketing and operations to maximise commercial potential.
Build trusted relationships with senior industry figures and act as a portfolio ambassador.
